Frequently asked questions

Is Mode of Body about appearance, health, or nervous-system regulation?

All three. Rather than focusing only on appearance or habits, the program brings your body back into a state of safety so it can function and change naturally. As regulation improves, people notice shifts in how they look and how they feel — more ease, self-trust, and better signals like digestion and hormonal balance. Appearance changes are usually a byproduct of that deeper work, not the starting point.

How does nervous-system regulation actually change my body?

Your body responds to safety, not pressure. Under stress, it holds tension, inflammation and protective patterns. Regulation helps get your body out of survival mode, making it easier for physical systems to rebalance and release what they've been holding — gently, from the inside out, rather than through forcing or control.

Do I have to follow it week by week, or can I go at my own pace?

The program is guided day by day across 6 weeks, but it's self-paced. We recommend moving through the weeks in order, but you don't need to keep a strict schedule — some weeks may feel easy, others worth repeating. You can also work on body goals through other practices across the membership whenever you like.

How often should I practise?

Consistency matters more than intensity. Most people practise most days of the week, but the goal is a rhythm that's sustainable for your body and life. Even short, regular practices create meaningful shifts over time. Progress builds through returning — not through doing everything perfectly.

What's included each week?

Each week follows a guided structure built around one focus: key weekly practices, AM + PM guided rituals, reflective journaling prompts, and a Weekend Spa Date for rest and integration. Every practice is intentional and builds on the last.

I'm not very spiritual — will this be too "woo woo" for me?

You're not the only one — many of our members say exactly this. They want evidence-based practices and real results, not spiritual jargon. Everything inside Mode of Body is grounded and practical.
